Support in technical unit and maintenance tasks. **Positions Available** ---------------------- 3 **Company** ----------- Tragsatec **Project / Reason for Hiring** --------------------------------- Tecnologías y Servicios Agrarios, S.A., S.M.E., M.P., a subsidiary of the TRAGSA GROUP, specialized in engineering, consultancy, and technical assistance services in agricultural, livestock, forestry, and environmental matters, seeks to hire 3 Senior Architects \- Technical Assistance for Housing (Balearic Islands \- Mallorca) in Mallorca **Work Location** -------------------- * Mallorca (Balearic Islands), with occasional travel within Mallorca and other islands **Responsibilities and Tasks** ---------------------- * Support in leadership of studies and projects for civil engineering works. * Support in supervision and execution of civil engineering projects, with special emphasis on quality, occupational risk prevention, safety and health, construction procedures and technology, and construction material manufacturing. * Support in drafting projects and managing civil construction works and related activities. * Support in all technical unit tasks related to new construction, including supervision and accompaniment of files to ensure compliance with current regulations and IBAVI requirements regarding sustainability, procurement, economic control, etc. * Support in all technical unit tasks related to maintenance and conditioning of the real estate portfolio managed by IBAVI. **Specific Requirements** -------------------------- Compliance with requirements and/or merits must be substantiated through evaluation tests and/or by attaching the necessary documentation in the “Annexes” section of the registration questionnaire. The Tragsa Group reserves the right to request at any time during the process documents verifying the information provided in the application, as well as to require additional information from the curriculum vitae whenever necessary to validate the specified requirements and/or merits. ### **Education** #### **Qualification** * You hold a degree in Architecture or a Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture (300 ECTS credits), or a Bachelor’s + Official Master’s Degree (MECES Level 3) (degree recognized in Spain or equivalence certificate issued by the General Secretariat of Universities) in Architecture ### **Other Mandatory Requirements** * Valid Spanish Class B driver’s license, currently in force **Merit Criteria (Evaluable)** ------------------------ ### **Education** #### **Additional Training** * Training or courses in budgeting software (Presto or Arquímedes) and/or technical design/drafting software (CAD) #### **Languages** * Catalan Level: B2 ### **Other Meritorious Factors** * Prior experience (professional or academic) in public administration * Prior experience (professional or academic) in tasks related to your qualification **Observations** ----------------- * OFFERED: Fixed-term contract of approximately 8.5 months, with possible extension if applicable, respecting the maximum duration limits established under current labor legislation for each contractual modality.
