Dress to live, dress to last.* **Your mission** You’ll be the person who makes the store run smoothly, inspire its team, and drive sales. Your leadership makes a tangible difference in your team’s daily experience—and in every customer’s journey through the door. **What you’ll do** * Lead and motivate your team, serving as a role model in attitude and in-depth knowledge of products and procedures. * Ensure exceptional customer service across your entire team—boosting sales and fostering loyalty among all visitors. * Act as a point-of-sale strategist: developing staffing schedules (team rosters optimized for maximum productivity), product and visual strategies—in collaboration with your regional managers. * Support onboarding and training of new sales associates, helping them feel part of the project from day one. You may even become a trainer yourself, assisting in onboarding other Store Managers joining the company. * Analyze store KPIs and translate insights into concrete actions that improve performance. * Oversee inventory management. * Ensure the store space consistently reflects the Silbon identity: aesthetic care and impeccable visual merchandising. * Manage daily operations with sound judgment, efficiency, and a positive attitude. **What we’re looking for** * Minimum 1 year of experience leading a retail outlet in the fashion sector. * A leader your team genuinely wants to emulate. * Strong results orientation and analytical capability. * General knowledge of tailoring—or genuine enthusiasm to learn it with us. * Customer focus is central to us.
