Do you thrive working with travel agencies and coordinating multiple services?** We are looking for a **Groups Specialist** whose mission will be to manage group booking requests, prepare customized quotations, and ensure proper administrative and financial follow-up of each file, in coordination with internal departments and tourism suppliers. **What will be your main responsibilities?** * Analyze group requests and prepare quotations tailored to origin, destination, and client needs. * Check availability and conditions with airlines, hotels, and tourism suppliers. * Formalize bookings in internal systems and keep files updated. * Coordinate with agencies regarding service confirmation and operational details of the group. * Monitor collections, payment deadlines, and financial aspects of each file. * Channel payments to suppliers related to each operation with the Administration/Finance department. * Coordinate with the commercial network to track quotations and confirmed groups. * Support the group file until its proper formalization and departure. **What are we looking for in you?** * Degree in Tourism, Travel Agencies, or related fields. * 2\-3 years’ experience in travel agencies, tour operators, or reservation departments. * Knowledge of tourism products, destinations, and group operations. * Experience in quoting tailor-made trips and managing files is highly valued. * Proficiency in office tools and reservation systems (Amadeus is a plus). * Advanced level of Spanish; knowledge of other languages is a plus. **What do we offer you?** * A collaborative, dynamic, and multicultural environment. * Flexible Compensation Plan: Health Insurance, Nursery, and Training at special rates. * Work-Life Balance: Flexible hours and a hybrid remote work policy. * Training and Study Assistance. * Employee benefits and discounts.
