We are looking for a Quantity Surveyor / Cost Controller MEP with experience in economic site control for installations who is eager to assume a key role within a strong and growing technical team. Your Mission You will be responsible for ensuring economic control of the project’s installation scope, guaranteeing that costs, measurements, and certifications are managed accurately and rigorously. You will play a strategic role in decision-making, closely collaborating with Project Management, Procurement, and site teams. Main Responsibilities * Prepare and maintain the project’s overall budget, valuing all construction items. * Prepare and analyze measurements of completed works, verifying their alignment with on-site drawings and specifications. * Review and validate contractors’ work certifications, checking prices, quantities, and actual execution. * Monitor and control costs, identifying deviations and proposing corrective actions. * Prepare economic reports and financial forecasts for the Project Management team. * Collaborate with Procurement and Supply teams in evaluating bids and selecting suppliers. Requirements Education * University degree in Engineering, Architecture, or related field. * *International candidates are not required to have degree recognition.* Experience * Minimum 5 years managing costs and measurements in industrial construction projects. * For second-line positions: minimum 3 years. Technical Skills * Solid knowledge of measurements, budgeting, and cost analysis. * Advanced proficiency in project management tools and spreadsheets. * Experience with budgeting software: Presto. * Familiarity with BIM environments. Languages * Intermediate-to-advanced English.
