Position: Receptionist (Weekends) Location: MiCampus Living Residences \- Murcia What will you do on a daily basis? * Greet residents, creating a warm and welcoming experience from the very first moment. * Manage check-ins, check-outs, and reservations for common areas. * Respond to inquiries, phone calls, and emails—always with a solution-oriented and friendly attitude. * Resolve minor day-to-day issues, ensuring residents’ comfort and safety. * Support administrative and internal organizational tasks. Who are we looking for? * Prior experience in reception, customer service, or similar roles (experience in educational settings is a plus!). * Intermediate-to-advanced English proficiency (other languages are a bonus—after all, you never know who might show up at the residence). * A communicative, proactive, and organized individual who enjoys teamwork. * Availability to work weekends and holidays.
