We are currently seeking a **Construction Planning Engineer** to join an important multinational company operating in the Oil\&Gas sector. **What will you do?** * Develop the **detailed construction schedule**, aligned with the project baseline. * Define and maintain the **construction WBS**, including resources (quantities, productivity, and hours). * Monitor on-site progress using **progress curves (S\-Curve)**, KPIs, and reporting. * Analyze deviations, apply **Earned Value Management (EVM)** methodology, and forecast schedule impacts. * Propose corrective actions and mitigation plans. * Integrate **change orders** into scheduling and analyze their impact. * Review and validate subcontractor schedules. * Participate in client meetings and coordinate with construction teams. * Develop **project acceleration or recovery plans**. * Continuously update the schedule based on actual progress. **What do we offer?** * Participation in an exciting project with an international leader in Oil\&Gas. * Professional development and growth opportunities. * A dynamic and collaborative work environment. * Competitive salary. * Contract through IDEA. REQUIREMENTS **What are we looking for in you?** * Engineering degree (Industrial, Civil, Roads, or similar). * \+7 years of experience in **construction planning for industrial projects**. * Experience in the **Oil \& Gas, Energy, or Petrochemical sectors**. * Proven **on-site (site\-based) experience** is mandatory. * Proficiency in **Primavera P6** (mandatory). * Advanced proficiency in **Microsoft Office (Excel)**. * Experience in quantity- and productivity-based construction planning. * Knowledge of project control methodologies (EVM, KPIs, critical path).
