**Why do we need you?** The mission of this position is: To ensure the proper functioning of the Plant's facilities and equipment. (preventive\+corrective) * **Perform periodic inspections of the company's equipment and facilities.** * Conduct an inventory of the company's equipment and tools and verify the existence of each item. * Identify potential suppliers of materials and spare parts. * Collaborate with Plant Management in selecting suppliers of equipment and spare parts. * Prepare reports requested by Plant Management regarding equipment conditions and maintenance activities. * **Assist in equipment repairs in case of minor damage.** * Support the implementation of the environmental component of the Management System within your area of responsibility. * Consider the evaluation of suppliers and subcontractors with higher environmental relevance and ensure they comply with the SG WEBER Management System. * Promote and enforce implemented waste segregation, energy savings, raw material minimization, reuse, and other environmental guidelines. * Support the EHS department in identifying new products used or wastes generated within your departments. **Is this job right for you?** If you have: * **Experience in industrial maintenance** * **Training in industrial maintenance (mechatronics or similar)** * Valuable experience with maintenance management software (e.g., GMAO) * Valuable experience as a factory operator * Motivation to learn * Drive and proactivity * Versatility and dynamism * Open-mindedness * Strong interpersonal skills * Teamwork orientation **A bit more about us** "MAKING THE WORLD A BETTER HOME" — that is why we exist and what drives us.
