Building Surveyor / Draftsperson

Description

We are seeking a candidate holding a degree in Technical Architecture, a Bachelor's Degree in Building Construction, or a Vocational Training qualification related to drafting and construction projects. Proficiency in AutoCAD and other technical design software is required, as well as the ability to interpret and prepare construction drawings. Knowledge of quantity surveying, budgeting, and technical construction documentation, along with proficiency in standard office computer applications, is also required. A valid driving license (Class B) and at least one year of relevant experience are considered advantageous. The position offers an indefinite-term contract with full-time working hours from Monday to Friday, on an intensive schedule from 7:00 to 15:00. The salary complies with the Collective Agreement for the Metal Industry Sector in the province of Alicante. The workplace is located in Orihuela, in the province of Alicante. **Experience:** Minimum of 12 months
