The selected candidate will join an established technical team and will be responsible for the comprehensive management and development of project installations, combining office work with occasional site visits. Main Responsibilities* Preparation, management, and supervision of installation projects (electrical, HVAC, plumbing, sanitation, ventilation, fire protection systems, etc.). * Development of technical reports, drawings, calculations, and budgets. * Coordination with the architectural team, technical directors, and developers. * Technical and economic control of ongoing installations. * Support in managing permits, legalizations, and technical documentation. * Review of supplier bids and collaboration in selecting vendors and subcontractors. * Occasional site visits for technical monitoring and execution verification. Requirements * Degree in Industrial Engineering (higher or technical), recognized in Spain. * Minimum of 5 years of experience in design, calculation, and management of installations in building projects. * Solid knowledge of current regulations (CTE, RITE, REBT, PCI, etc.). * Advanced proficiency in technical software (AutoCAD, Cype, Presto, or similar). * Organized, solution-oriented profile with strong technical and managerial skills. * Valid driver's license and availability for occasional travel within Alicante.
