Our commitment is to offer fresh, safe products with the authentic flavor that distinguishes us. **Job Mission** Lead and supervise all production area activities, ensuring operational efficiency, compliance with quality and food safety standards, and continuous improvement of production processes. **Main Responsibilities** * Plan and coordinate daily cheese production according to demand and orders. * Supervise operational staff, assign tasks, and ensure compliance with procedures. * Monitor production parameters (temperature, aging times, yield, etc.). * Ensure compliance with hygiene and food safety regulations. * Coordinate with maintenance, procurement, and quality departments to optimize resources. * Propose process improvements, waste reduction, and increased efficiency. * Prepare production reports and inventory control. **Profile Requirements** * Degree in Food Engineering, Production, Industrial Engineering or related field, or demonstrable experience. * Minimum of 3 years of experience in dairy or food processing plants. * Knowledge of cheese production and aging technologies. * Experience managing performance indicators (yield, efficiency, waste). * Leadership, effective communication, and decision-making skills. * Availability to work under pressure. **Conditions** * Stable contract and long-term project in a growing company. * Competitive salary based on experience. * Statutory and additional benefits. * Opportunities for professional development. * Dynamic work environment focused on quality.
