Planning the execution of all project phases: design, construction, installation, and commissioning. * Supervising the plant's preventive and corrective maintenance system (production lines, warehouses, and facilities) using the CMMS system. * Defining the annual maintenance plan and monitoring KPIs to ensure achievement of departmental objectives. * Organizing and managing the maintenance technical team. * Managing technical resources to ensure compliance with the preventive and corrective maintenance plan and developing the team's technical capabilities. * Leading the maintenance procurement and spare parts area, managing supplier contracts. * Enhancing the organization's technical knowledge through documentation and training. * Implementing problem analysis and resolution tools. * Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations. **REQUIREMENTS** * Minimum 5 years of prior experience as Maintenance Manager. * University degree in Engineering. * Knowledge of preventive maintenance, CMMS, electromechanics, automation, pneumatics, and project management. * Leadership, communication, decision-making, and teamwork skills. * Experience in the food industry will be valued. **What does the company offer?** * Established project within a leading company in its sector, experiencing constant growth. * Job stability and opportunities for professional development. * Indefinite contract. * Competitive salary based on experience. * Rotating shifts: morning, afternoon, and split shifts.
