Job Summary: We are seeking a Laboratory Assistant to perform raw material control, physicochemical analysis, and traceability management in the food industry. Key Responsibilities: 1. Traceability management and compliance with specifications We are looking for a Laboratory Assistant to join a food industry company located in the Orihuela area. Main responsibilities include raw material and finished product control, conducting physicochemical analyses, and managing traceability and compliance with customer specifications. A temporary contract for several months is offered, with potential integration into the company's permanent staff. Salary will be as stipulated by the applicable collective agreement. Working hours are organized into three rotating eight-hour shifts from Monday to Friday: 6:00 AM to 2:00 PM, 2:00 PM to 10:00 PM, and 10:00 PM to 6:00 AM. A laboratory-related qualification is required.
