Currently, as a recruitment consultancy, we are seeking a **Procurement Manager** for our client, based in **Alguazas**. **KEY RESPONSIBILITIES** * End-to-end management of the procurement process within the distribution\-retail area. * Analysis of margins, rebates, costs, and commercial terms. * Preparation and analysis of data to support decision-making (Excel, Power BI, QlikView). * Negotiation with suppliers and monitoring of commercial agreements. * Assortment management, price list updates, and contract reviews. * Collaboration with various internal departments to ensure proper coordination across procurement processes. * Management of product, pricing, and order information via ERP (Navision or similar), ensuring accurate and timely updates. * Contribution to procurement process optimization through continuous analysis of available data. **REQUIREMENTS** * Minimum 5 years’ experience in procurement departments of distribution companies (e.g., Carrefour, Juver, etc.). * Proficiency in calculating percentages, margins, rebates, and other procurement-related KPIs. * Advanced Excel skills, plus hands-on experience with Power BI or QlikView. * Data analysis capability focused on process improvement. * Strong negotiation and teamwork skills. * Fluent ERP usage, preferably Navision or equivalent. **WHAT THE COMPANY OFFERS** * Permanent full-time contract. * Working hours: Monday to Thursday, 8:00–13:30 and 15:30–18:30; Friday, 8:00–14:00. * Annual salary range: €24,000 – €30,000. * Professional development opportunities.
