




An administrative assistant with experience is required to join the administration department. Responsibilities will include general support in administrative tasks, handling of delivery notes and invoices, as well as processing receipts and payments. The candidate will also be responsible for preparing budgets and other related duties. To qualify for this position, a Vocational Training (FP) qualification is required, along with solid knowledge of accounting. Knowledge of the electrical sector and familiarity with the TELEMATEL software will be highly valued, although these are not essential requirements. Working conditions include a full-time permanent contract with a split working schedule from 07:30 to 13:30 and from 15:30 to 17:30. Compensation will be in accordance with the applicable industry collective agreement.
