We are looking for an experienced person to coordinate and supervise work teams in cleaning and maintenance tasks. Main responsibilities include planning staff assignments, supervising cleaning processes during and upon completion of services, and efficiently managing available materials and resources. Specific knowledge as an operator-driver of elevated platforms is required. Experience handling various cleaning and maintenance machinery, as well as a minimum of six months in similar positions, will be valued. Fluency in Spanish, both spoken and written, along with a valid B+E driver's license, are essential requirements. The candidate must have leadership and team motivation skills, ensuring a positive work environment and achievement of objectives. This position offers an indefinite full-time employment contract with flexible working hours ranging from 08:00 to 17:00, adaptable to the needs of cleaning services.
