Coordination with internal departments** * Provide technical support to Procurement, Production, Site Managers, and Engineering. * Prepare alternative solutions when issues or project changes arise. * Participate in technical meetings to align criteria and resolve doubts. **3\. Feasibility analysis and solution proposals** * Evaluation of materials, construction systems, and cost optimization. * Propose technical improvements during design, manufacturing, and execution phases. * Anticipate technical risks and detect inconsistencies before reaching the construction site. **4\. Technical quality control of the project** * Verify that the construction solution is feasible and safe. * Review that information transmitted to the site is complete and clear. * Keep documentation updated as the project progresses. **Job RequirementsEducation** * Degree in Technical Architecture, Building Engineering, Civil Engineering, or equivalent. **Experience** * Experience in technical offices, construction sites, design studios, or project departments. * Solid knowledge of construction processes and drawing interpretation. **Technical Skills** * Advanced proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, Presto, or other measurement tools. * Knowledge of current regulations (CTE, safety, accessibility). * Ability to perform basic calculations and technical detailing. **Personal Competencies** * Attention to detail and analytical thinking. * Ability to anticipate and solve problems. * Clear communication with diverse profiles (from designers to workers). * Organized, rigorous, and collaborative mindset. **Performance Indicators (KPIs)** * Meeting technical delivery deadlines. * Reduction of on-site incidents due to incomplete or incorrect documentation. * Quality and clarity of drawings and details. * Ability to propose constructive improvements and cost savings.
