Thus, the Albores Association implements various projects aimed at working with groups facing social risk. Job Description We are seeking an Educational Control Assistant (ECA) for our Sauce Project, a specialized protection center for minors who have experienced adversity in early childhood and present severe behavioral problems. You will be the person responsible for ensuring the safety of the center and its residents. Responsibilities · Ensure the safety of minors and the center’s facilities during the night shift. · Appropriately intervene in conflicts among minors, promoting peaceful resolution. · Conduct periodic surveillance rounds to identify and address any risk or emergency situations. · Control access to the center, ensuring only authorized personnel enter the premises. · Ensure compliance with the center’s rules and policies, intervening in cases of inappropriate behavior or conflict situations. · Collaborate in organizing and managing logistics for any nighttime events or activities held at the center. · Supervise proper use of the center’s facilities and resources, ensuring they remain in good condition. · Maintain a record of incidents and any relevant situations occurring during your shift. · Inform supervisors and the daytime team about any significant incidents or situations requiring follow-up. We Offer · Part-time schedule: 28 hours/week. · Rotating 12-hour shifts (7:00–19:00 and 19:00–7:00). · Fixed salary (as stipulated by the collective agreement). · 23 working days of vacation per year. · Training in the psychosocial sector. · A healthy work environment focused on well-being and professional development. · Opportunities for career growth within the organization. Requirements · Completion of compulsory secondary education (ESO). · Certificate of absence of sexual offenses. · Food handler certificate. · Basic user-level computer skills.
