**JOIN THE MY FLEX CLUB TEAM** At **My Flex Club**, we are looking for **stretching professionals**, personal trainers, massage therapists or physiotherapists to join our team. We are the **first concept in Spain specialized in one-on-one assisted stretching**, and our founders have **over 16 years of experience in personal training**. At My Flex Club, our specialists receive **comprehensive and certified training** to deliver **personalized 1\&1 assisted stretching sessions**, focused on improving each client's **mobility, flexibility and well-being**. **Main Responsibilities** * Conduct individual assisted stretching sessions. * Motivate, guide and support clients throughout the sessions. * Promote new memberships and maintain loyalty among current members. * Ensure client safety by applying proper techniques and adhering to club policies. * Participate in internal training and team meetings. * Listen to and address client needs or concerns. * Collaborate in visits, events, and promotional activities. * Maintain an active presence on social media to boost memberships. * Take care of equipment condition and cleanliness. **Ideal Candidate Profile** We are seeking individuals **passionate about movement, flexibility and well-being**, with a vocation to help others feel and move better. **Preferred Education and Experience:** * Degree in **Massage Therapy**, **Physiotherapy**, or **Personal/Sports Training**. * Certification in **Pilates**, **Yoga**, or **Dance**. * Ability to create a positive and inclusive environment. * Excellent communication and empathy skills. * Professionalism, commitment, and service orientation. * Availability to complete our **Stretching Specialist Training Program**, which includes over **25 hours of online, in-person, and practical training**. **What We Offer** * Initial **part-time position**, with potential for **full-time**. * **Flexible schedule** and dynamic work environment. * **Growing company** with real opportunities for professional development. * **Additional performance-based commissions**. * **Working hours from Monday to Friday**, with occasional weekend availability for events. **Location:** Elche (on-site work).
