Position Summary: We are seeking an HR professional to manage employee onboarding and offboarding, absenteeism control, payroll processing, social security administration, ERP system management, IRPF, sick leave reports (IT), benefit claims, and leave requests. Key Responsibilities: 1. Comprehensive management of HR labor functions 2. Payroll processing with A3 and social security administration 3. IRPF management, sick leave reports (IT), and benefit claims At Catral Garden & Home Depot, we are looking for talent for the labor area of our HR department. Key responsibilities include: * Employee onboarding and offboarding * Absenteeism control * Payroll processing using A3 * Social security filings * ERP Sesame system management * IRPF management (Forms 111-190) * Sick leave reports (IT), benefit claims, and leave requests Requirements: * Bachelor's degree in HR or equivalent * Minimum 3 years of experience working with A3, RED system, Contrat@, and Siltra If you are interested in this opportunity, we would be delighted to meet you.
