Key responsibilities include detailed monitoring and tracking of all outgoing shipments and deliveries via the system. The role also entails managing any incidents that arise, ensuring full traceability of goods and coordinating effectively with various carriers. Additionally, the selected candidate will review scheduled timetables, analyze potential deviations, and implement necessary operational adjustments to optimize service delivery. The role further involves customer service and maintaining smooth coordination with other branches, all aimed at ensuring goods are correctly dispatched for delivery.
