**Francisco Belmonte S.A.**, a leading multi-brand motorcycle dealership in Murcia, is launching a new selection process to incorporate a **Service Advisor** into its team for the **Workshop Reception** area. We are looking for a person passionate about motorcycles, customer-oriented, and eager to grow within a solid, close-knit, and rapidly developing company. **What will you do on a daily basis?** * **Reception and personalized assistance** to customers, advising them on the technical and administrative status of their motorcycle. * **Coordination of repairs and maintenance**, working hand in hand with the spare parts department and the workshop. * **Vehicle delivery**, ensuring that all work has been properly completed and explaining to the customer the interventions carried out. * **Management and follow-up of incidents or complaints**, guaranteeing customer satisfaction and loyalty. **What we are looking for** * Minimum of **1 year** of experience in a similar role (workshop reception, service advisor, or technical support). * Strong communication skills, organizational ability, and teamwork. * Passion for the world of motorcycles (highly valued if you own a motorcycle). * Basic mechanical knowledge. * Proactive attitude, willingness to learn, and professional growth. * Spoken **basic English skills** will be positively considered. **What we offer** * **Indefinite contract** with full-time hours. * **At least 2 full weekends off per month.** * **Saturdays only worked in the morning.** * **Meals provided by the company.** * **Continuous training:** official certifications and improvement courses. * **Company phone.** * Rotating **Monday to Friday schedule.** * Stable, dynamic work environment focused on professional growth.
