




Job Description We are currently seeking a candidate to support the Human Resources Department in administrative and labor-related tasks. Responsibilities: * Management of payroll and Social Security in collaboration with our external consultancy. * Monitoring and tracking of employee working hours. * Collaboration in managing the department’s administrative processes. * Management and monitoring of employment contracts and the applicable contract types for each case (e.g., new hires, renewals, pre-termination notices, final settlement documents, etc.) for company staff. * Tracking and maintenance of a database containing professional profiles of company employees. * Monitoring of legal/labor procedures in coordination with the company’s legal department. * Development and promotion of remuneration policies. * Ensuring the company complies with labor legislation and Social Security regulations, occupational health and safety regulations, the Occupational Risk Prevention Plan, and related audits. * Assisting in the preparation of HR reports submitted to management. Requirements: * Minimum of 1 year’s experience in payroll processing. * Proactivity, autonomy, and strong organizational skills. Working Conditions: Working Hours: Monday to Friday, from 9:00 to 18:00, with a break from 14:00 to 15:00. Monday to Friday, from 8:00 to 16:00. Contract Type: Temporary contract with possibility of extension. Salary: Between €19,000 and €21,000 gross per year (depending on experience). Position Type: Full-time. Location: On-site employment.
