At present, as a recruitment consultancy, we are looking for our client a **Flexographic Machine Operator for Adhesive Label Printing** **FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES** ----------------------------------- * Cut labels according to the specifications of each order. * Prepare and adjust cutting machinery (blades, mandrels, quantity settings). * Monitor the cutting process and ensure final product quality. * Pack label rolls into correctly labeled boxes. * Manage and complete production documentation (work reports, records, samples). * Prepare orders for dispatch (to customers, agencies, or internal distribution). * Maintain order and cleanliness at the workstation. **REQUIREMENTS** ---------------- * **MANDATORY** **Prior experience in industrial printing, production, or handling environments, specifically operating flexographic machines for adhesive label printing.** * Ability to operate machinery and follow technical instructions. * Attention to detail and quality orientation. * Agility, work pace, and productivity orientation. * Responsibility and ability to work in a team. * Availability to work rotating shifts. **What does the company offer?** --------------------------------- * Permanent contract * Annual gross salary between **€17.000 and €22.000**. * **Productivity bonus** of up to €150/month based on performance. * **Rotating shifts** from Monday to Friday: + Morning shift: 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM + Afternoon shift: 3:00 PM to 11:00 PM * Job stability and progressive on-the-job learning. * Integration into a dynamic production environment. * Facilities located in Alcantarilla **Reclut** is a boutique recruitment and headhunting consultancy offering personalized services tailored to each client’s specific needs.
