We are looking for an engineer with experience in the mechanical field to join the after-sales team of a renowned company in the sector. Responsibilities will include providing technical support both at the company's facilities and directly at customer sites. You will be responsible for analyzing and effectively resolving any technical issues that arise, ensuring a professional and satisfactory response to customer inquiries. Additionally, it will be essential to manage relevant information to keep internal databases up to date. We offer a permanent contract position, working hours from Monday to Friday, 7:00 to 15:20. Remuneration will be determined based on the candidate's experience and skills. * Education: Mechanical Engineering, Electromechanical Technician, Automotive Mechanic with experience in electronic engines. * Languages: Required: English B1 * Skills in fault diagnosis and resolution * Knowledge of engines and their electronics * Minimum 2 years of previous experience in a similar role * Availability for occasional travel * Immediate availability * Communication skills and ability to work in a team
