We are looking for a **Python \& AI Automation Developer** with a practical mindset and passion for building tools that improve real business operations. The role’s mission is to automate internal processes, integrate systems, and apply AI-based solutions to optimize areas such as logistics, operations, customer service, reporting, and ERP. #### **What will your responsibilities be?** * Develop automations and internal tools using Python. * Integrate and enhance processes within our technology ecosystem (ERP, e-commerce, logistics, BI, and internal tools). * Apply AI-based solutions to optimize operational tasks and reduce manual work. * Develop scripts, integrations, and automated processes by connecting APIs and various systems. * Participate in the continuous improvement of Odoo and other internal systems alongside the IT team. * Analyze incidents and propose scalable and efficient technical solutions. * Create clear and reusable technical documentation. * Collaborate with different departments to identify automation and innovation opportunities. * Design dashboards and reports to support operational and strategic decision-making. #### **What do we expect from you?** * Experience with Python, APIs, and process automation. * Knowledge of business-oriented AI and automation tools. * Experience with SQL/PostgreSQL and ERP systems. * Familiarity with Power BI, JavaScript, Docker, and Git. * Analytical, practical, and problem-solving oriented profile. #### **What do we offer?** * Join a rapidly growing group. * A dynamic, creative, and highly innovation-oriented environment. * Real impact and ability to contribute ideas. * Professional development within an ambitious project. * Flexible start time.
