To fulfill this mission, we seek committed, change-oriented individuals with a customer-centric mindset and long-term vision—people who wish to contribute and build the future of the industry alongside our team. **Do you want to advance your professional career with us?** We are seeking a recently graduated Tourism Manager with English proficiency for our offices in Chantada / Lugo, with shuttle service from Ourense, Monforte de Lemos, O Carballiño, and Lalín. **What will be your responsibilities?** ------------------------------ * Build strong commercial relationships with the hotels in your portfolio. * Optimize inventory, availability, and pricing competitiveness offered through the Central Reservation System. * Negotiate terms aimed at maximizing conversion rates and ensuring optimal competitiveness indices for the assigned portfolio of hotels. * Analyze demand data and booking patterns using internal tools to align contracted products with agency network demand. * Provide guidance on online marketing and direct sales. * Identify business opportunities regarding new products, offers, or any other services—in coordination with the department head and the Business Acceleration team. **What are we looking for?** ------------------ * Education: University degree in Tourism or related field; Higher Vocational Training (FP Superior) in Travel Agencies or Tourist Accommodations. * Analytical profile and commercial aptitude with a clear results orientation. * Organizational skills and attention to detail. * Languages: Advanced English proficiency is mandatory; knowledge of additional languages is highly valued. * Prior experience in hotels or travel agencies will be considered an advantage. **What do we offer?** ------------------- At Keytel, you can join a leading company in the travel sector—continuously growing and expanding globally—and one that invests in the ongoing professional development of its team.
