Main responsibilities include changing and adjusting formats on the production line, handling labels and rolls, and performing product packaging and verification, ensuring proper sealing and labeling. **Order preparation is also included:** box assembly, sealing, palletizing, and shrink-wrapping of complete pallets. The operator ensures line supply to maintain workflow continuity, and quality controls are conducted throughout the entire process. As part of maintenance duties, cleaning and organizing the assigned area are performed. The work environment is dynamic and requires adaptability to production needs. Specific training is provided for all described functions. This position is part of a stable project, offering a structured working framework. Availability to work rotating shifts is required. A personal vehicle is mandatory. Proficiency in Spanish is required. Attention to detail and quality orientation are essential. Proactivity, commitment to work, and willingness to learn are valued. Residing near the workplace is considered advantageous.
