We are looking for an Area Assistant/Multi-Store Assistant (AAMM) Are you a proactive professional with initiative and a passion for the retail world? At Cuplé and New Blanco, we are an expanding company seeking to hire an Area Assistant or Multi-Store Assistant (AAMM) to support the management and development of our stores in various locations across Spain. **YOUR MISSION**: Be the eyes and hands of the area within the store. You will provide operational supervision, ensuring each sales point reflects our brand and is prepared to achieve and exceed its goals. **KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:** · Operational Management and Control: · Monitoring and analysis of store KPIs (sales, conversion, UPT, etc.). · Supervision and support of store staff. · Certification and control of visual merchandising and commercial implementation, ensuring brand standards are met. · Training and Team Development: · Train and motivate sales teams to enhance their skills and performance. · Prepare staff for new product launches, campaigns, and commercial actions. · Dynamism and Proactivity. · Conduct store setups, collection changes, and space adaptations. · Implement commercial actions to boost sales and ensure excellence in customer service. · Full Availability: · Frequent travel throughout Spain to cover assigned stores.
