Soltir is a young company located in southeastern Spain, engaged since 2002 in the marketing and distribution of horticultural and fruit products sourced from the agricultural holdings of our farmer members, recognized as Producer Organization for Fruits and Vegetables No. 876 since 2003. We are seeking an Agricultural Technical Engineer with strong organizational skills and a vocation for technical advisory services and agronomic management. **Key Responsibilities:** * Management and updating of field notebooks. * Monitoring and compliance with the Law on the Mar Menor and its precautionary measures. * Technical advice to producers and supervision of agricultural practices. * Collaboration in the implementation and maintenance of Global G.A.P. protocols, Quality Operator, and Environmental Management. * Support during internal and external audits. * Preparation of technical reports and associated documentation. **Profile Requirements:** * Agricultural Technical Engineering degree or equivalent qualification. * Minimum two years’ experience in similar roles (preferred). * Solid knowledge of agricultural regulations, document management, and legal requirements within the sector. * Prior training or experience in Global G.A.P., quality certifications, and environmental management is desirable. * Proficiency in information technology tools related to agronomic management. **What We Offer:** * Salary commensurate with experience and candidate contribution. * Split working hours from Monday to Thursday. * Occasional Fridays depending on campaign needs. * Integration into a stable and growing company with a professional and dynamic work environment. * Opportunities for professional development and continuous training.
