Job Summary: Collaborate with all hotel departments to address maintenance requests, supervise the team, and manage the budget. Key Highlights: 1. Interdepartmental collaboration in the hotel 2. Equipment inspections and servicing * Collaborate with all hotel departments. * Actively respond to guest and other staff maintenance requests reported across the entire hotel. * Conduct periodic inspections of various equipment, such as swimming pools and their pumps, pipes and filters, and safety devices including railings and stairs. * Maintain an appropriate and timely service schedule for the hotel’s heating and air conditioning systems, including air conditioning units, water heaters, and boilers. * Supervise the maintenance team and conduct periodic performance reviews to address issues. * Always provide excellent customer service to guests. * Prepare maintenance reports and manage the maintenance budget, including expense justification and reporting.
