Sadowski CV Do you want to take a professional leap in HR? We are looking for a Generalist HR Technician with experience in labor management and personnel administration. The selected candidate will be responsible for the comprehensive management of the HR area, payroll, hiring, and support. **Main responsibilities** * Full payroll cycle management (calculation, review, and incident handling). * Personnel administration: onboarding, offboarding, contracts, severance settlements, and social security registrations. * Handling of labor incidents (sick leave, permits, vacations, etc.). * Monitoring and tracking of collective bargaining agreements. * Support in recruitment and onboarding processes. * Maintenance and updating of employee databases. * Preparation of HR reports and analytics. **Requirements** * Minimum 2\-3 years of experience in a similar role, with responsibility for payroll and labor management. * Experience with HR management software (experience with Grupo Castilla’s software or similar is highly valued). * Proficiency in office tools (especially Excel). * Organized, rigorous profile with ability to work autonomously. * Ability to communicate effectively with different departments. * Proactivity and orientation toward process improvement. **Offer** * Job stability in an established company in San Javier (Murcia). * A project offering autonomy and responsibility. * A positive working environment. * Gross annual salary: €25,000.
