As a personnel recruitment consultancy, we are seeking a Site Manager for our client, a leading company in the construction sector. ##### **What will your mission be?** You will be responsible for supervising and coordinating all production activities at our construction sites, ensuring projects are executed correctly in terms of time, quality, and cost. **Responsibilities:** * Plan, coordinate, and supervise on-site production activities. * Ensure compliance with project deadlines. * Manage and control construction budgets, optimizing costs. * Organize necessary human and material resources. * Coordinate with the Purchasing and Contracting Department (requesting quotes, negotiating with suppliers, etc.). * Conduct progress monitoring and reporting on site advancements. * Implement and ensure compliance with occupational health and safety regulations. * Resolve incidents and technical issues arising during project execution. * Report to the group manager and receive continuous support. **Requirements:** * Minimum degree in Engineering or Technical Architecture. * **Geographic availability to work nationwide (Murcia, Levante, Madrid, Andalusia, Canary Islands, and Balearic Islands)**.
