At present, as a personnel recruitment consultancy, we are seeking a **Site Supervisor** for our client. **FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES** * Organize and coordinate on-site teams (skilled workers, laborers, and subcontractors). * Supervise the correct execution of works according to plans and instructions from the site manager. * Monitor adherence to deadlines in daily and weekly planning. * Verify work quality and compliance with occupational health and safety (OHS) regulations. * Manage materials, machinery, and supplies on site. * Prepare daily work reports and report progress to management. * Resolve day-to-day issues arising on site. **REQUIREMENTS** * Prior experience as a site supervisor, foreman, or team leader in construction. * Solid knowledge of construction processes and ability to interpret technical drawings. * Leadership, organizational, and communication skills to coordinate teams and resolve on-site issues. * Basic proficiency in digital tools such as email and construction management applications. * Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel to various project sites. * Training in building construction, civil engineering, or related fields will be valued. * Minimum 60-hour OHS training; specific Site Supervisor OHS courses are preferred. **WHAT THE COMPANY OFFERS** * Employment with a **solid and stable** construction-sector company. * A **stable project** with continuity across future projects. * **Competitive salary**: €40,000–€50,000 gross per year, depending on experience and competencies, including variable pay. * **Travel allowances**: meals, accommodation, and travel expenses covered; plus 15 monthly payments on mainland Spain and an **additional €300/month** in the Balearic and Canary Islands. * A **positive working environment** within an established team. * **Private health insurance** after three years of service.
