Therefore, we are seeking a **LOGISTICS MANAGER** in Espinardo, for one of our client companies specialized in providing transportation and logistics services for the food industry. We are looking for a professional with strong organizational and team leadership skills, as well as the ability to communicate ideas clearly and effectively, and to extract and collect data from the activities being managed. A rigorous and professional individual who can also convey and instill these values within their team. **Your main responsibilities will include:** * **Operational management of warehouse and internal logistics flows**: receiving, control, and storage of raw and auxiliary materials; coordination of finished product preparation and dispatch. * **Planning and coordination of transportation**: interaction with internal and external suppliers, ensuring proper documentation and traceability. * **Human team management**: selection, training, organization, and evaluation of staff; task assignment and promotion of motivation, safety, and versatility. * **Inventory and WMS control**: real-time stock supervision, inventory analysis, and proposal of corrective actions. * **Customer relationship management**: smooth communication with production and suppliers, shipment tracking, and delivery of auxiliary services. * **Analysis and continuous improvement**: measurement and reporting of KPIs, process optimization proposals, and collaboration on digitalization and Lean Logistics projects. * **Compliance and safety**: ensuring occupational health and safety (PRL), food and environmental regulations, correct equipment usage, and facility organization. **What we expect from you:** * Degree in Industrial Engineering (Bachelor’s or Master’s level). * Computer skills in WMS and KPI measurement applications. * Advanced proficiency in Excel and office software. * Experience in production environments and logistics (warehousing and transportation). * Desirable: Experience in the food industry. **What we offer:** * Stable position within a growing company. * Permanent contract. * Full-time schedule from Monday to Friday. * Opportunities for development and continuous training. * Positive work environment and established team.
