What will your responsibilities be? * Design and implement development plans integrating training, competency assessment, and improvement actions. * Identify training needs through organizational analysis tools, interviews, and performance evaluations. * Coordinate technical, transversal, and leadership training programs, both internal and external. * Manage subsidized training through FUNDAE: processing, documentation, financial justification, and coordination with providers. * Organize the logistics of training activities: scheduling, registrations, follow-up, evaluation, and certification. * Administer LMS platforms and digital learning tools. * Conduct competency and performance assessments, defining key development indicators. * Carry out recruitment processes. * Participate in employee experience initiatives, onboarding, and mentoring. * Prepare reports and dashboards with training metrics, satisfaction, and talent progression.
