In our Human Resources team, we are seeking an HR Technician, specialized in Recruitment, Training, and Development, with strategic vision and enthusiasm to make a difference. You will be the driving force connecting training needs with development plans, creating learning pathways that enhance talent and generate real impact. What will your responsibilities be? * Design and implement development plans integrating training, competency assessment, and improvement actions. * Identify training needs through organizational analysis tools, interviews, and performance evaluations. * Coordinate technical, transversal, and leadership training programs, both internal and external. * Manage subsidized training through FUNDAE: processing, documentation, financial justification, and coordination with providers. * Organize the logistics of training activities: scheduling, registrations, follow-up, evaluation, and certification. * Administer LMS platforms and digital learning tools. * Conduct competency and performance assessments, defining key development indicators. * Carry out recruitment processes. * Participate in employee experience initiatives, onboarding, and mentoring. * Prepare reports and dashboards with training metrics, satisfaction, and talent progression. Knowledge and technical competencies * LMS platforms (Moodle, TalentLMS, SAP SuccessFactors…). * Labor regulations regarding subsidized and grant-funded training. * Competency-based management and career path design. * Tools for workplace climate, engagement, and employee experience. * Advanced Office and project management tools. Your education * Degree in Psychology, Education, Human Resources, Labor Relations, Business Administration, or similar fields. * Additional training in Talent Management, Competency Assessment, Programmed Training, or Employee Experience. **Your experience:** * Minimum 2\-3 years in HR training and development roles. * Experience in technological environments will be valued. Possibility to work from 08:00 to 15:00 all year round \+ 2 afternoons per week from Monday to Thursday.
