




The main objective of this position is to ensure that industrial boilers operate safely, efficiently, and continuously. This is to guarantee that the plant always has the steam or hot water it needs for its processes. Your responsibilities include operating and monitoring industrial boilers, ensuring they meet safety and efficiency standards. You will need to adjust pressure, temperature, and fuel flow according to production requirements. You will also perform preventive maintenance tasks such as blowdowns, cleanings, and minor repairs. It is important to monitor operational indicators such as pressure gauges and thermometers, and to record daily operational data, reporting any issues that arise. For this position, a minimum of completed secondary education and a boiler operator certification are required. Previous experience in boiler operation or thermal plants would be ideal. You will need technical knowledge in basic mechanics, electricity, combustion, thermodynamics, and safety regulations. We are looking for someone responsible, detail-oriented, with strong reaction capability and the ability to work in a team. The job involves working rotating shifts in environments with heat, noise, and exposure to steam or fuels, with mandatory use of personal protective equipment. The contract is temporary and the working hours are full-time.
