Therefore, we are seeking a **PRODUCTION MANAGER** in Los Alcázares, for one of our client companies dedicated to the manufacturing, assembly, and distribution of electrical transformers and transformer centers. We are looking for a professional with strong planning and organizational skills, problem-solving ability, adaptability, and flexibility. A results-oriented individual accustomed to working in a team environment. **What will be your mission:** Ensure that production runs efficiently, safely, and meets quality standards and deadlines by coordinating people, materials, and processes. **What will be your responsibilities:** * Production planning: Develop the production schedule based on orders, deadlines, and plant capacity. Assign tasks and resources to work teams. Coordinate material availability with warehouse and purchasing departments. * Production management: Supervise compliance with manufacturing processes regarding quality, cost, and timing. Monitor productivity indicators (efficiency, output, waste). Ensure proper use of machinery, tools, and equipment. * Personnel and team management: Lead and coordinate production staff, resolving queries and setting priorities. Train, motivate, and evaluate the team under your responsibility. Promote a positive work environment and teamwork. * Supervise the follow-up of preventive maintenance controls on production equipment to ensure proper operation. * Safety and risk prevention: Ensure compliance with occupational health and safety regulations in the plant. Coordinate preventive and corrective actions to reduce risks. **What we expect from you:** * Minimum technical education: Higher Vocational Training Degree in Electricity/Electronics, Industrial Maintenance, Mechatronics, or similar. Highly valued: Technical or Advanced Engineering degree (Electrical, Industrial Electronics, Industrial Organization, or related fields). * Knowledge of production planning and control (ERP, MRP, or similar tools).
