What will you do at Talasur? Coordinate and supervise construction execution, ensuring quality, deadlines, and safety. Manage on-site work teams. Monitor planning, resources, and goal achievement. Serve as the liaison between the technical office, suppliers, and subcontractors. Ensure compliance with Talasur’s standards on every project. Requirements: Minimum 3 years’ experience as a Site Manager (interior design, construction, retail, or similar). Knowledge of construction processes and team management.
