Job Summary: We are seeking a hybrid profile for a global technical team responsible for the planning, control, coordination, and management of construction projects from inception to final delivery. Your profile will be hybrid: You will execute tasks precisely, from initial planning through to final delivery. * Planning and control of construction works (technical, economic, and scheduling). * Coordination with industrial partners, subcontractors, technical staff, and clients. * Management of procurement, logistics, certifications, and project closeouts. * Drafting of technical reports and monitoring of deviations. * Comprehensive monitoring of occupational health and safety (PRL), quality, and environmental standards. ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS * Degree in Technical Architecture, Building Engineering, or related field. * Minimum 2 years’ experience in architectural firms and site management (retail, hospitality, or contract sectors). * Proficiency in Presto, AutoCAD, and Microsoft Project.
