**Requisition Number:** 24000BR **Description:** Stantec is seeking to hire a PROJECT MANAGER for its offices in Peru, a professional with at least 15 years of overall work experience. Some of their specific responsibilities will include: * Manage engineering projects during study, design, construction, and operation phases, in accordance with organizational policies and established best practices. * Ensure consistency, clarity, and quality of project work and deliverables. * Keep projects within scope, budget, and schedule. * Identify deviations or additional work to be included in project scopes. * Maintain healthy cash flow through disciplined tracking of valuations and invoices. * Promote transparent communication channels with clients and team members. * Analyze terms of reference for proposals and support their development. * Act as a team leader to foster a collaborative culture with open and transparent communication between clients and the team. * Comply with the project management framework and organizational policies and practices. * Develop project management plans for assigned projects, establishing goals and objectives while meeting scope, budget, schedule, and contractual obligations. * Provide technical project management support, including appropriate resource allocation to project Technical Leads. * Plan tasks and assign working hours to various team members for project execution. * Approve monthly cost accruals with project administrators. * Review and approve subcontractor agreements related to the project. **Qualifications:** Job requirements are: * Civil Engineer or related field * Master’s degree: Project Management, MBA * Must have worked with mining clients or consulting firms, having completed at least 5 projects exceeding $1M in consulting/engineering fees. * Experience in field construction projects is required. **About Stantec:** Stantec’s community brings together approximately 31,000 employees working across more than 450 locations on six continents.
