Some of their specific responsibilities will include: * Experience in design subcontract administration, as they will be responsible for managing all project services (project controls, subcontract administration, internal/external reporting, scheduling/planning, etc.) * Develop and maintain the integrated FEL 3 cost estimate and scheduling baseline * Identify, quantify, and track mitigation of lead risks * Provide decision quality reports to the Program Director and Antamina’s management * Ensure alignment of controls with SIGIA Gate 3 requirements * Enable timely, fact-based executive decision-making. **Qualifications:** The position requirements are: * More than 15 years of experience in engineering * 15 years of total experience in project controls * More than 5 years in roles such as Program Controls Manager / Project Controls Director * Experience in mining or infrastructure programs with CAPEX exceeding USD 2 million * Direct ownership of Class 2 estimates, integrated schedules, and risk models Critical experience profile: * FEL 3 / viability controls in schedule-driven programs * Manage WBS at program level, cost breakdowns, and forecasts across multiple subprojects * Advanced, confident experience in risk-based cost and scheduling * Ability to integrate technical maturity with confidence in cost and schedule. **About Stantec:** Stantec’s community comprises approximately 34,000 employees working across more than 450 locations on six continents.
