Loading and Unloading Assistant

At **Grúas Sáez S.L.**, a Spanish-origin multinational company and international benchmark in the design and manufacturing of tower cranes, self-erecting cranes, and formwork systems for construction, we are seeking a **Loading and Unloading Assistant** to join our logistics team, primarily supporting truck loading and unloading operations, as well as handling and organizing materials and components destined for crane manufacturing. **Responsibilities:** * Loading and unloading crane materials and components onto trucks. * Handling and placement of goods, ensuring correct distribution and secure fastening. * Supporting the use of loading equipment (forklift truck, overhead crane). * Preparing orders and materials for dispatch. * Visual inspection of goods’ condition during loading and unloading. * Collaborating with the team to ensure safety and efficiency in operations. **Minimum Requirements** * Prior experience in truck loading and unloading (industrial or metalworking environment preferred). * Forklift operator license and/or overhead crane experience desirable. * Basic knowledge of safety procedures for loading operations. * Ability to work effectively in a team and demonstrate responsibility. * Availability for immediate start. **We Offer:** * Full-time position and permanent contract. * Stable project within a growing industrial company. * Initial on-the-job training and occupational risk prevention training. * Salary commensurate with collective agreement and relevant experience.
