Job Summary: We are seeking a professional to lead personnel, intervene in injection machinery, program parameters, and ensure equipment maintenance at a packaging company. Key Responsibilities: 1. Lead personnel and manage work orders. 2. Intervene in injection molding machines and robots. 3. Injection parameter programming. Jokey Ibérica SLU is a long-established family-owned company specializing in manufacturing packaging for the food industry. It is owned by Jokey SE, a German family enterprise and one of the world’s largest manufacturers, innovators, and technological leaders in rigid plastic packaging, and a pioneer in sustainable packaging. Main Duties: * Lead assigned personnel to ensure production startup and maintenance of work orders. * Intervene in plastic injection molding machines and Cartesian/lateral robots, supporting the technical department. * Record machine status and stoppages in the injection inspection report, as well as update the corresponding stop code in the system. * Repair and log machine and other equipment failures. * Perform tasks in accordance with Lean Manufacturing and 5S principles. * Program injection parameters for our projects and to resolve incidents. * Start up or shut down machines. * Comply with and enforce the occupational risk prevention plan, as well as comply with and enforce organizational standards, including Good Manufacturing Practices, Food Defense, and food fraud prevention. Engineering or FPI/FPII (Mechanical manufacturing, maintenance, robotization, etc). Minimum 3 years’ prior experience in the described position. Responsible, proactive, and dynamic candidate.
