Currently, we are looking for a **SCHEDULING MANAGER** to join an important company in the Oil\&Gas sector. **What will your responsibilities be?** * Schedule preventive and corrective maintenance tasks, routine activities, system shutdowns, line shutdowns, etc., based on material and resource availability and according to established frequencies or required dates. * This scheduling may be performed directly in the Maintenance ERP, Primavera, etc. * Ensure compliance with the preventive maintenance plan. * Align task scheduling by areas, systems, and equipment to improve execution efficiency. * Organize scheduling to avoid potential interferences between tasks, specialties, etc., ensuring proper task sequencing. * Monitor planning and executable workload. * Balance workload among different units based on available resources. * Monitor and identify needs for additional resources according to workload and/or unit requirements. * Track completed, pending, and yet-to-be-planned workloads. #### **What can we offer you?** * Participation in an exciting project with an international leader in liquid products logistics. * Professional development and growth opportunities. * Indefinite contract through IDEA. REQUIREMENTS **What are we looking for in you?** * Degree in Industrial Engineering. * At least 5 years of experience as an Engineer or extensive accredited technical knowledge, demonstrable and/or assessable. * High proficiency in SAP. * Advanced office software skills (Office suite). * User-level proficiency in scheduling tools (Primavera, Microsoft Project,…) * Knowledge of industrial processes (Manufacturing, Maintenance, procedures, projects, assets, FD's....)
