We are looking for a **Deputy Production Manager** to join our team and actively participate in managing, coordinating and optimizing manufacturing and packaging processes, ensuring compliance with good manufacturing practices, hygiene, traceability and safety standards. You will work closely with the Production Manager and other key departments (Quality, R\+D, Purchasing, Operational Excellence, HR and Supply Chain) to continuously improve the efficiency and performance of the production area. **Your main responsibilities will be:** * Organize and coordinate the factory's daily operations, managing human and technical resources according to the production schedule and customer orders. * Ensure compliance with manufacturing orders and quality and safety standards. * Lead operational meetings and production follow\-up meetings. * Participate in planning schedules, vacations and staffing needs. * Promote a safe working environment and a culture of continuous improvement, in collaboration with the Quality and Operational Excellence departments. * Analyze consumption deviations and propose corrective and improvement actions. * Support the integration and training of new employees, as well as the development of existing teams. * Contribute to assessing maintenance needs, investments and process optimization. **Requirements:** * Higher Vocational Training or University Degree in Engineering, Industrial Production or similar. * Previous experience in team management and coordination of production processes, preferably in industrial or food environments. * Knowledge of ERP systems and common computer tools. * Advanced level of English or French (minimum C1\). * Leadership, communication and conflict management skills. * Results\-oriented, organized and able to work independently towards objectives. **We offer:** * Joining a solid and growing company. * A dynamic, collaborative environment with opportunities for professional development. * A stable project with responsibility within the production area. * Intensive Fridays If you are motivated to take on new challenges in the field of industrial production, we look forward to receiving your application.
