




Job Summary: We are seeking a professional to manage after-sales service for building projects, coordinating technical departments and attending to international customers. Key Highlights: 1. Organizational skills, incident resolution, and teamwork We are looking for a person to take charge of after-sales service management for building projects in Elche/Elx (Alicante). Responsibilities will include detailed tracking of modifications during construction, effective coordination with various technical departments, and attention to international customers. Updating drawings using AutoCAD, preparing budgets for additional work, and strict cost control per housing unit will also be required. A degree in Technical Architecture, Architecture, Public Works Engineering, or Civil Engineering is required, or being in the final year of such studies. Proficiency in AutoCAD, English at B2 level, and knowledge of Excel and Word are essential. Prior experience in after-sales service or construction project management (1–3 years), organizational ability, incident resolution capability, and communication and teamwork skills are valued.
