




Job Summary: We are seeking a professional to manage after-sales service for building construction projects, coordinating technical departments and serving international customers. We are looking for a candidate to take charge of after-sales service management for building construction projects in Elche/Elx (Alicante). Responsibilities will include detailed tracking of modifications during construction, effective coordination with various technical departments, and servicing international customers. Updating drawings using AutoCAD, preparing budgets for additional works, and strictly controlling per-unit housing costs will also be required. Candidates must hold a degree in Technical Architecture, Architecture, Public Works Engineering, or Civil Engineering—or be in their final year of study. Proficiency in AutoCAD, English at B2 level, and knowledge of Excel and Word are mandatory. Prior experience of one to three years in after-sales service or construction project management is highly desirable, as are organizational ability, incident resolution skills, and strong communication and teamwork capabilities.
