Job Summary: We are seeking a customer service professional for direct interaction, problem resolution, and provision of information—critical to maintaining strong relationships with our customers. The main responsibilities will include direct interaction with customers, addressing their inquiries, resolving any issues that may arise, and providing clear information about our products or services. This is a key role in ensuring our customers maintain a positive relationship with us. To be eligible for this vacancy, candidates must have at least one year of prior experience in customer-facing roles. Proficiency with standard office software is essential, as is availability to start work as soon as possible. Additionally, a valid driver's license and personal vehicle are required to commute to the workplace. A Medium-Level Vocational Training qualification (Ciclo Formativo de Grado Medio) in Administration is considered a strong asset. While not strictly mandatory, familiarity with Java (J2EE \& Java Core) is beneficial and may support certain functions or future opportunities. An initial contract with potential for permanency is offered—a great opportunity for professional development. Minimum 1 year of experience in Customer Service. Proficiency in office tools.
