Job Summary: We are seeking a maintenance technician to manage preventive and corrective machinery maintenance, perform general repairs, and provide technical support in a horticultural and fruit-growing company. Technical support for process improvement and coordination with suppliers We are looking for a maintenance technician for a horticultural and fruit-growing company located in Fuente Álamo, Murcia. Responsibilities include managing preventive and corrective machinery maintenance, performing general repairs in electricity, plumbing, and basic mechanics, as well as repairing refrigeration installations. The role also requires providing technical support to improve processes, coordinating with suppliers and external technicians, and verifying spare parts and replacement requirements. Other duties include reporting incidents to the maintenance supervisor, maintaining facilities in general, and overseeing machinery maintenance performed by external companies. Experience in electricity, welding, agro-industrial mechanics, refrigeration systems, and knowledge of industrial systems is desirable. Salary is commensurate with the candidate’s qualifications, with a temporary contract. Vocational training diploma (medium-level) in electricity/electromechanics or equivalent. Minimum 1 year of experience in industrial maintenance. Knowledge of mechanics, hydraulics, pneumatics, electronics, and automation. Proficiency in computer tools.
