**Requisition Number:** 24452BR **Description:** Stantec is seeking to hire a LOGISTICS OPERATOR ASSISTANT for its offices in Peru, a professional with at least six years of work experience in general (including internships). Support in personnel onboarding in 2Personnel * Support in tracking the mobilization of personnel, vehicles, and equipment. * Support in supplier (companies and consultants) quotation, selection, negotiation, and qualification documentation. * Support in generating service orders, billing management, and payment tracking. * Support in managing supplier contracts (companies and consultants), tracking contractual deadlines, maintaining records, and archiving deliverables. * Support in scheduling EMO for all personnel to be mobilized, managing resolution of observations, and coordinating with the HSE team regarding special cases for onboarding. * Support in reviewing and controlling documentation for vehicles and equipment to be mobilized, in coordination with the HSE team. * Participation in service scheduling and planning to ensure resources are available on scheduled dates. * Travel to site for local supplier negotiations, payment status updates, service tasking, and field inspections. * Support in technical coordination and other tasks related to the role. **Qualifications:** The position requirements are: * Technical or university graduate in Administration, Accounting, or related fields. * Familiarity with 2Personnel or similar systems is desirable. * Proficiency in MS Excel at an intermediate level. * Availability to work in San Isidro in a hybrid mode. **About Stantec:** The Stantec community comprises approximately 34,000 employees working across more than 450 locations on six continents.
