The **Internal Measurer for our Customers’ Projects** will be responsible for planning and executing activities related to measuring customer projects, ensuring adherence to the scheduled timelines and delivery deadlines defined in the installation model. In addition, advising customers on all technical aspects involved in their projects, as well as on the various proposals available to them to complete and close the sale of their project. **Key responsibilities and areas of influence include:** **Management** * Responsible for carrying out measurements within the established timeframe and manner, ensuring maximum customer satisfaction. * Taking measurements, photographs, and preparing drawings. * Preparing labor cost estimates using LM’s standardized format for the service contracted by the customer, covering product families determined according to the type of measurement requested, based on information provided by the salesperson along with the measurement request and any additional requirements specified by the customer during the visit. * Liaising with the Sales Team and/or Project Salespeople. * Assessing whether appropriate technical conditions exist to carry out the installation, according to the needs expressed by the customer in-store. * Prompt resolution of queries, incidents, and disputes related to measurements and final estimates, including modifications occurring during the sales process and prior to commencement of work. **Collaboration with Customer Project Coordinators** * Joint site visits for comprehensive renovations / multi-room projects / construction works. * Reviewing and improving the measurement process, its content, and drawing typology, ensuring technical validity for subsequent renovation execution. * Joint analysis of new layout plans, validating the technical feasibility of the new proposal according to customer requirements. * Prompt resolution of queries, incidents, and disputes related to measurements and final estimates, including modifications occurring during the sales process and prior to commencement of work. **Collaboration with Store Installation Leaders** * Providing feedback on measurement-related KPIs for the store. * Working on improvement initiatives for the measurement sales process. * Liaising with installers. * Supporting installer integration, explaining measurements and drawings carried out by the measurer, to ensure optimal installation execution. * Preparing detailed estimates so that installers possess all necessary information about the work to be performed, including all relevant technical specifications. **Demonstrable Requirements** Technical knowledge associated with the position Technical knowledge of construction works / renovations. Proficiency in design and estimation software (AutoCAD / Presto / etc.). Advanced user-level competence in analytical tools, spreadsheets, and collaborative platforms, as well as familiarity with construction-specific tools and software. **Education** Academic qualifications: University Degree. Specialization: Technical Architecture / Architecture / Building Engineering.
